Pregnancy creates a tremendous amount of change in a woman's body and in a relatively short period of time. As the baby grows, your posture changes, your center of gravity shifts, and there's a lot more demand placed on the pelvis and the lower back. Our goal with prenatal chiropractic care is to help your body adapt to those changes as comfortably as possible. I also utilize the Webster technique, which is a specific chiropractic analysis focused on the pelvis and the sacrum.

It involves gentle adjustments and specific techniques designed to address pelvic and sacral dysfunction, and improve the way that area is moving. The Webster technique isn't about trying to turn a baby. It's about helping the mother's pelvis function as well as possible throughout pregnancy. Everything we do is modified for pregnancy, and comfort is extremely important to us. Ultimately, we want moms to feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their bodies throughout the pregnancy journey.

If you're pregnant and looking for gentle, intentional, chiropractic care throughout your pregnancy, we'd love to welcome you into the office. Book your first visit and let's see how we can support you through this season of life. Have a blessed day.

This video is general education, not a diagnosis. Every patient is different, and the right care starts with an exam.
